Ye I had this problem to my gfx card somehow downgraded its firmware and I ended up seeing writing all over the floor. Was a let down to be told it wasnt a find

In a way it is a find, I wonder why it's there? Could this help code land for Private servers? What can we learn from it? Or does this just mean blizzard hates weak graphics cards?

Its just cause you graphics card is alittle burnt out. This always happens to me. the lines and the little things you see are called Artifacts. Nothing that bad they just pop up randomly in any game that you are playing on your computer

yes, this is your grafix card, things like this happen ALL THE TIME to my brother on the comp he plays on, but wat happens to him is much worse.
