    Barrens Uninstanced.

    Ok, firstly enter RFK. Then, get to the boss "Overlord Ramtusk", behind him are small walls which are quite easy to walljump over, once you walljump over them, you end up falling under RFK. Now run to the hills to the north. They're blocking your way to Barrens, you may need some walljumping skills, but you simply jump over them, it shouldnt take long. Then you should be near the RFK instance portal (dont go near it), avoid it, by going towards the left (or right) of it. Jump down.

    Barrens "INSTANCED"!

    Edit: Sorry for misinterpretation of title, technically kalimdor is an instance though. ^^

    Bah, instanced or uninstanced. it has no NPCs at all. Ill pop some screenies on in a min.
