I think it is ontop of the lighthouse with a different camera perspective..
(and i didnt wait for the light^^)

It is ontop of the lighthouse - but I continued up the pathing blocker thingymajig and got OVER the lighthouse by it ^^

Aye, Swiftness pot will do the trick. Or Aspect of cheetah / pack or sprint. Not against the rules to do so :P Lol, I don't even know where that is.
