Twin Peaks Demon Hunter Exploration
Evening explorers!
I was doing random PvP battlegrounds and I came across Twin Peaks, and I had thought of my exploration with my mage, and getting out of bounds. You can similarly do this with Demon Hunter, and coupled with the double jump wall jump, I was able to get a lot further than my mage! I apologize in advance for the choppy video, not sure what happened.
From what I found there isn't much out here besides flatlands, as I ran out of time since it is a battleground.
Please note, I did this exploration purely for educational and enjoyment purposes. Its on you if you decide to use this to your team's advantage in PvP.

I must spread before giving to Teryaki again.
Wonderful exploration. Thanks very much for sharing!
If I ever come back and the mechanics are the same, I will have to play this class. Crazy.
Not sure why they called them Demon Hunters... might as well have called the class "Master Explorers".

About exploitation: it wouldn't be time-efficient really, there are much easy ways to hide the flag. Don't worry about it.
This is a really impressive video. I assumed when I see other experts with DH's that there was a lot of trial and error involved - but in your videos there's a death zone right under you so you must have some way of working out where the dh can go without falling down immediately?
(must spread rep blah)

I believe the DH's jumping ability just sticks to the damn walls better... kind of like wall jumping used to be in classic (Vanilla) WoW.
This thread here is what lead me to that belief: DH Wall-Jumping Top of Deadmines in 1 minute 38 seconds

Thanks for all the compliments!

Thanks for your feedback guys.
I've looked at that specific area before and it usually ended up with me going splat against the wall and falling down bugs bunny-style
No idea how you managed to figure it out.

Yes the DH can wall jumping everywhere on every mountains in the game ( no need a specific path except for a really hard mountain form ), and never falling down... It's too easy but it's focking awesome and funny to do it
Some explorations need a DH to be done with wall jumping solo

Not to mention Infernal Strike is OP, just get yourself lined up with a mountain you want to leap to to avoid the “no path available”. Combing hay with double jump is an awesome technique.
