Idk how you did this but I find a weird way to go kinda under / to a side of the Vindicaar on Mac'aree. I was next to the console and queue for the Brew dungeon, when I went out I was kinda under the console and I could move a little to the sides of the ship. Maybe (if you didn't test this already) you can use it for more exploration, this is where I was and I don't see this place on your pictures so maybe you can use it.. https://puu.sh/xM0eZ/d10efe9f68.jpg

It's by this way you can go on top of the Vindicaar hehe
But I don't know this method with Brew dungeon
I just know sometimes the vindicaar is not properly loaded and after a teleportation logging screen for example Dalaran to Vindicaar, your character fall down under the Vindicaar
