Meh, it's a private server exploratin. First off, he's in the Scryer's Tier (The Seer's Library). Second, Northrend won't be on an accessible server until the day it is released. Ever tried to get to Azuremyst Isle or Eversong Woods before TBC came out? It sends you back to the nearest graveyard. The edge of the water in the second pic is probably the event trigger that would zone you into Northrend when the expansion comes out, but until then, it will most likely send you to a graveyard.

The thing is that Northerend would be a own map ID (I am pretty sure off). Why? Because Outland, Ghostlands and Azuremysle (TBC) related content are all on the same map. So would probably the Northerend continent be to make it easier to separate Live, TBC and WotLK owners. Less work to do too. - What I am saying is that in this stage there are no Northerend files related to map/world what so ever so I am 99,9% sure that you won't be able to find any Northerend related maps in the current MPQ files.
