First things first, the eye of kilrogg can FLY (confirmed flying in draenor on a later date.)
Combine this with the glyph and you can reach pretty much anywhere very easily.

You want to be here:



Use eye of kilrogg with the glyph and fly HIGH above the oshu'gun structure, and place demonic circle in the air. It will go BENEATH the structure
