You can get up there without falling flame, it is just tedious. If you have a charged moganite, you can stand facing the wall, drop the moganite (cancel the buff), jump, then pick up the moganite and repeat.

I've been so close to that chest so many times it could have bitten me. Shocked I never discovered it on my own! +5 rep for sharing this with us!
(I doubt this is very "exploitable"... requesting a thread move to Exploration)

You can get up there without falling flame, it is just tedious.

There was also a much less tedious way to get up there (link below)... however I believe the latest patch capped the speed increase previously given by combining Rocket Boots with Darkwater Potion... so not sure it is still possible.
