secret chest in dun morogh?

i was roaming around the mountains in dun morogh and i found a chest hidden up on the wall. no idea what its for, cant be opened.

Just a doodad, debris, nothing. You can find pieces of metal, crashed planes, armor, huts, houses, banners, etc along most mountain ranges.
