Alternative method for mammoth mount?

Hello,

Today I found out that to my disappointment, Blizzard patched the mammoth mount through wall trick. All those places that are narrow or close to walls now automatically dismount you if you try to mount.

And I was just wondering, is there an alternative method aside from the Darkmoon Faire tigers?
