1) Quest got completed when she killed the <GM>
2) GM didn't have the <GM> Tag, although when GM's apear in game they don't have to
3) When there is a GM thats spawned there's either TONS of them. or none

GM's don't ALWAYS have the GM tag on, I've been to GM Island multiple times on Live Servers, and very rarely did they have the tag next to their name.

And I usually only catch 1 GM online when I'm there.
