Strange Emerald Dream Man

So, I decided to do DemonKunga's Guide to making RFC, and Stockades to the emerald dream by model editing.

and was wondering along, and after coming across the weird orb in the middle of nowhere, (that people already know of ) I left myself Alt + Tabbed and auto-runned straight south and found this lost chap



maybe he is here because of model editing, or something, anyone have any ideas?

Im sure hes there in emerald dream cause i remember a long time ago coming across something but i forgot if it was an orc or human but it guess t was a human

sry mate, cant get you co-ords, but if you search for the orb there, and get co-ords to that, then just run south for about 3 mins from that.

when you get there, look round the corner, you can still see the bottles of vodka and the dead hooker, must of been a hell of a night :O

This is nothing to get too excited about. It's the scale model that Blizzard drops into incomplete maps to ensure that what they are making is to scale.

The man is also know as the scale, blizz uses this model to look how a player would be in this area etc.

the man standing there is named 'humanmalescale.m2' it's most likely for test purposes or seeing how big the area is compared to a normal player

Yeah, this model was placed in here in the original creation of emerald dream. He was plopped in there for seeing the the scale of the place was fine. For they didnt know because you must remember they make maps by looking at them on computers not with players in them in-game. and to prevent the crashing of the game by having a gm port there and also waste space by implementing a pointless file if it were bugged.

I don't think this is "emerald dream" as much as i think it is just unfinished textures.. BTW where is this place is it on a live server?
