Favorite exploration

Think i would make this Thread so people here could post about their favorite exploration and where you find it. maybe explain why you think it is that awesome :confused:

Also it would be nice for other people to see some good rrecommendation for places to go next ^.^

(+ points if you can explain how to get there)

As for me my favorite place (SO FAR) has deff been Naxxramas. the place outside is so huge and expands to stratholme which you can explore too!

Favorite Exploration, eh? A wonderful idea for a thread! Can't believe we haven't done this before. As the OP states, this will give people good recommendations on where to go next! This is a tough one for me... I honestly have so many favorites. The Deadmines is classic. Outside Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub are just awesome. Hellfire Ramparts I always return to. Azjol'Nerub and Ahn'Kahet are beautiful. Too many favorites to name!

But if I have to pick one Favorite Exploration for this thread, I will say outside of the Karazhan raid. There are several ways to access it, and the area is huge and fun to explore. Here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJv--34L8ns

Hmm a tough one indeed! And a very good idea for a thread. There's so many to choose from.

I'm mostly a world explorer as opposed to instances (though I have done a couple of instance exploration videos) and I have a number of favourite places in the world. If I had to pick just one...probably the X-2 Pincer in Gilneas.



Such an awesome place. A whole 2 floored submarine to yourself, with windows looking out into the water. Such a cool area, utterly unique - very 'evil lair' like too! I've lost count of the number of times I've been in it while queueing for dungeons and whatnot, bringing guildmates too for duels...and so on. Love it!

On topic, i Remember back days in TBC my favorite exploration was probably the Dead mines Secret. not because there was much to explore but just because i thought the glittering stars, flying trees and purple bubbles was so nice to watch. i usually just came there hanging out in my spare time

That's true, i did visit the place Yday by using Troks 4.03 method

My favorite exploration is unfortunently not availble anymore. It was under old Orgrimmar. Easy to access and really funny.
Right now, it's probly Zul'Aman. Unfortunently, I can't explore it fully as my current main got no engineering.

I used to love underneath old Stormwind, but things really changed with the Cataclysm (the underneath area was taken away).

I know you disconnect now when you fly under the world... but there are plenty of place in Org that you can still get underneath without triggering the disconnect. Has underneath Orgrimmar changed?
