Alterace Occurrence (once again) [Possible exploit]

Hey everyone,

I was not sure if it would be better to post this in "exploits" but well... I don't even know if this already has been found. However, I just thought I give it a try.

Many of you may remember the second "Frostwolf Keep" in BWL back in 3.3.. When you were there and entered a bg you were kind of invincible.
There is a comparable object in "Temple of the Jade Serpent". The Bridge of Dun Baldar.

Until now I did not really manage to exploit it. But I'm sure there will be many people who want to give it a try (-:

That's sooooo boring, Dellion! You can also do the leap by pulling an NPC from the next room and Wild Charge while in Moonkin Form.

I gave +rep to Shunt when he discovered this, but I will give +7 rep to Jaburius (when the site lets me) for bringing this glitch back to the forefront. It deserves another look.
Jaburius, you mention "deserteur in bg and bg wallclimbing. These exploits are already known to the community." I remember when Omo & RAoV released these tricks... but I haven't been able to re-create them since. I think your glitch will allow me to do this again... but could you please remind us all of the steps? I can't recall how to get my own personal BG where I have the ability to climb the walls like that. Did it involve a disconnect? Waiting until the end of the game? Please update! Thanks.

Basically you just wait until the bg has finished. Important is that you need to be in ghost form (dead) when it ends! Then just DC and reconnect as soon as possible. You should be able to run up walls with specific angle now. Note that you need the deserter debuff for replicating this glitch. You will be logged out ~10min after activating the glitch. When you log back you will be at your HS spot. Consequently you cannot stay longer than ~10min. That's it (-:
