Getting inside of structures by flying into the roof from underneath

I actually discovered this whilst afk flying into a wall in Dalaran. Came back and realized my character was inching into the roof.
After a bit of flying around, I ended up in the dalaran arena (Will post a vid for that one if requested)

I will showcase this better by showing you a faster / easier way under Shrine of Two Moons. This also works with the Shrine of Seven Stars.
Its basically the same trick for both cities but the alliance side one is a bit trickier.
