GM portals, getting to them without hack (0,0,0)

So those portals exist both in Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor.
They are located at 0,0,0.

Easiest way to get them is to do the following in (Eastern Kingdoms)
Go to Strangethron Vale and kill yourself by jumping into whirlpool.
When you click Accept Ressurection, instantly press ALT+F4, or force quit.
Upon longing in you will be client side at location 0,0,0 and what people see on server side is you moving in air, similar to other world effect.
To fix this just relog, and you will be alive at Spirit Healer location.
Also you can do this easily in Eye of the Storm.

Interesting version of the "other world" here. I didn't really know how it all worked, because I know sometimes on say private servers if you die under the world and such after you log back in you end up at the world's XYZ. I never understood why it did that, but interesting that it works on live servers as well.

Just trying to clear something up... You can't say "world's XYZ" because XYZ are coordinates, the coordinates of the "GM" Portals are at X:0 Y:0 Z:0. Not trying to be an ******* or anything, but try using "world's 0, 0, 0"

@Sarick +rep and FYI, there is no portal in Kalimdor... Only in EK.

LuckLuka, to further clear this up..."XYZ" is a term explorers on this forum and others have been using to refer to the X:0 Y:0 Z:0 coordinates of any map for quite some time. When a WoW explorer says "XYZ", they typically mean the 0, 0, 0 coordinates of that mapID.

I'm really curious about this, why would they make visible portals ?
They weren't there during cataclysm, why putting them here now ?

And yeah, as trokair said, XYZ = (0,0,0) for us, just watch any video about XYZ boat teleporting you to stonetalon mountains.
