...ok this has been done in the past without using hacks (not sure there's a current working method though), so what you're saying is that you've used hacks to do something that has already been done before in the past without hacks?

Sorry, the thread is pretty misleading - most people will come on here thinking you've found a new legit method to do this, they won't be expecting (or hoping) that you've actually just used hacks instead.

I suggest you tag the thread with [Hack] or something similar to avoid confusion.

P.S. In general, hacks are somewhat 'frowned upon' in exploration - unless of course you have found something completely new with hacks, which may then offer up some kind of discussion and investigation into how to do it without hacks. You'll get more 'kudos', if you like, by exploring without using them - not to mention the fact that it's more rewarding and more of a challenge

Actually, I am not sure whether bbanan are talking about Eversong woods-> Outlands/ Azuremyst-Bloodmyst -> Outlands OR Kalimdor / Azeroth -> Outlands. It should be noticed that Azuremyst, Bloodmyst, Eversong, Ghostlands, Quel'danas & Outlands are in the same instance, while Kalimdor & Azeroth is not.
That means that you can't get to Outlands (or any of the other places for the matter of sake) without passing through a loading screen.

If bbanan really has found a way from Kalimdor/Azeroth to Outlands without entering a loading screen, he might've found some kind of Otherworld. I don't know; we'll see when he's released the video

Indeed - I'm assuming that by 'Azeroth' he's meaning Eversong Woods etc (since lore-wise, they are part of Azeroth even though they're separate in terms of the game world) and getting to Outland from there - a lack of loading screen would be understandable since, as you quite rightly say, they belong to same instance. This has been done before in the past without hacks, however...

...if it is in fact mainland Azeroth to Outland, WITHOUT a loading screen, then this is huge, hacks or no hacks. I haven't ever seen this done before anywhere, and I'd be intrigued to see just how that works.

But, as you say, we won't truly know until we see the video.

^^ bbanan, as others have said here, the whole flying between Eversong Woods/EPL/Ghostlands and Outlands has been shown here before a few times. So yes, this is a repost of previous explorations on OwnedCore.

Thanks for clearing that up! Unfortunately, it is actually impossible to reach one parallel plain from a separate one without third party programs. Ive gone far behond the boundaries of all the plains, nothing out there but big blue skies!
