I didn't actually make it to the place where he was though, but I'm willing to bet he's in deepwind gorge or stormstout brewerey. I could not get out of stormstout and there's a guide on how to get out of deepwind so I'm pretty sure it's that.

that skybox... it just looks like tirisfal but the instances skyboxes are "bright and shiny"

Anyone who's been around for a while should know the spot, even if they never visited it. It was made quite famous by a god amongst men who actually never released his method. I won't reveal the spot, but what makes it so interesting is that the only known way to the spot was through use of the old Darkmoon Tigers (Which have been patched for mad long) .
