I thought you had to be flying with no mount in order to get that to work? Plus the time when Omo found this out was before people had DMF Tigers, so unless he was using a fishing chair or a mushroom it seems that he may have figured out another idea. I'll give the DMF Tiger another shot again though, thanks for the idea.

Whatever Omo figured out in order to get there... Snyth claimed it was later fixed. Here are his words on the subject when I asked how Omo got past that particular blue wall...:

With this latest hotfix one of our exploits was changed and it doesn't work the same way anymore so we are going to re-find a way to get their.

I was thinking of ways that Omo could have gotten this to work, and realized that he has shown only two ways two ways (that I can think of!) to get through the blue wall, one using a fight path exploit that is inapplicable in this instance, and by using Otherworld in the thread below...

As you can see the video has been removed, and I can't find a mirror for it anywhere :*(

My guess is that Omo was using Otherworld to bypass the blue walls, but now that the way he got into Otherworld has been patched he can no longer show us his method. This seems supported by the facts that ImperiousVideos hasn't made claims/videos showing they can still get there and that Synth told Trokair Omo's method was fixed.

So the quest is on to find another way to get into Otherworld... find out a way for me ImpVids!

@Thundathigh Otherworld didn't work in dungeons unfortunately, although that would have been awesome. We might be able to provide a way to reach the island w/o hacks, but it'll probably be a little bit till we get around to it because we have alot of other exploits on deck waiting to be tested at the moment. But we will try and make that happen as soon as we can. As for Otherworld, which is by far one of my favorite bugs in WoW ever, we are always watching out for new methods to create this bug, but haven't dedicated any solid time to it alone because of again having alot of other exploits already on deck we're testing. But we will eventually focus all our efforts on that as well heh.

Yes, exactly. This is what I meant by:

The Black Morass instance used to be joined with other CoT instances before it was released... this area behind the blue wall, this 'Omo Island', is left-over from that time.

@Eclatbmx74 It def IS Omo Island in the sense that I called it that. It is not a piece of land literally labeled in-game as Omo Island if that's what you thought.

The exploit that was fixed that made it no longer possible to do this was Walkin-On-Air within an instance with only a 2 seater and a guild bank. I was the first one to find the area and we knew that we had an exploit to enable to to Walk-On-Air so now we needed a way past the blue walls. Well we got the easiest known way possible which was the "Sandbox Tiger"(we knew it got threw blue walls for awhile didn't want it fixed ) which is from Wow TCG Loot(but we got it online code for cheap). So I wish you guys luck on getting to the area. I wish VoTu(Omo) could continue also but his youtube/email/WoW account got hacked when he left.
