Wouldn't Blinking/Heroic Leaping solve the Tempest Keep issue? Can't test myself atm since I got a 24 hour ban from the GM Island raid.

Aye, it probably would, but a) I don't have a warrior or mage and b) I don't like methods that are restricted to just 1 or 2 classes with this project. I'd much prefer to find a way for each in which anyone could get to, regardless of what class they've chosen.
That said, I'll check it out on the mage I've got on the ptr.

I don't know if you care about it but making a single thread will hurts your rep count :[
On topic : i like gruul's lair, are those suspended flags and stuff in the instanced version too ? (i can't remember)
P.S : I saw your fail ! https://i.imgur.com/ulcap.jpg I was wondering why did you put caverns of time and uldum in the outland video...
Yeah, I'm not too bothered about the rep tbh, but I like the whole project to be in one single thread anyway - it makes it easier for people to refer to in the future. Another reason is that I was once told not to put separate 'parts' of videos in separate threads (said part 2 of one of the Titan Travels vids got deleted for this reason), so I stuck to keeping all the videos in this thread. Rep is nice, but comments are better and far more useful anyway
About Gruul's Lair - I really have no idea! Since Blizz usually just copies a small part of the opening hallway/room of an instance and then either cuts it off (leaving a gap at the end) or seals it with a textured wall then I'd see no reason why they aren't in the actual raid themselves. Gruul's Lair is of course, an exception, in that most of the instance is actually included beyond the portal, but I don't think there'd be any reason for them to include something extra in the 'beyond the portal' area that isn't in the raid itself.
As for the fail, I don't know WHAT is going on there haha! All the linked videos look fine to me, it's weird that they've messed up on yours with Part 1 appearing twice with Part 3 not appearing at all :P

Hey guys, just to let you know, I've now added Part 4: Northrend to the main post of the thread!
As the title suggests, it features all the 'beyond the portal' areas for the icy continent of Northrend - enjoy
Edit: Had to add the video here for some reason - problem with number of videos in post or something

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Strangletusk again.
But +3rep when i can
Keepers of the Secrets
+4 rep for StrangeTusk for amazing explorations! So glad the forum let me +rep you... I love this project.
I especially enjoyed behind the Azjol'Nerub portal... I'll have to get back there and check it out myself.
Great work!
Nice work Strangletusk.+rep
I loved it ! I'm feeling so dumb now, i'm always asking myself which place i never explored before and i just realised i never went to 90% of this places *_*
Like naxxramas and utgarde keep seems obvious now that i should have gone there and i never thought about that.
Azjol nerub is great ! too bad there's nothing behind ahn"kalet. I wanted blizzard devs to make the huge underground city that they describe in the lore right under where azjol'nerub is for us explorersI can still dream about it i guess..
And is it me or wintergrasp fortress has changed ? Unless i missed something last time i went there it was different.
+rep for you !
Gratz I see lot of work in these video, really enjoyed it !
Waiting for your next expeditions

Hey guys, here is the fifth, and final, main part of The Beyond the Portals Expedition! This time I've looked at some of the more overlooked portals - battlegrounds. The 3 original battlegrounds introduced in the original WoW all had 'beyond the portal' areas out in the world for both the Alliance and Horde entrances, so I've shown what these areas look like in the video and, like usual, nearby spots to get under the world to access them.
Like I said, this is the final part of the Expedition, so all I can is that I hoped you enjoyed the project as much as I enjoyed making it!
Anyways, here is Part 5: Battlegrounds
P.S. There's a chance that I may possibly add more videos to this thread if I find methods of accessing the instances I couldn't get to previously, namely, Tempest Keep, Magister's Terrace and Baradin Hold. If anyone finds methods for these, feel free to link them in the thread or point me towards them! Any help and advice is always much appreciated![]()

Good job
You can do it solo with the Aromatic Honey Brew ( work only in march ) : http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...m-4-3-2-a.html (Outside of Ragefire Chasm 4.3.2)P.S. Else you can come with a friend (priest, mage, warlock ..) and duel him, he fear/sheep you through the portal and invisible wall.
work for magister terrace ( I dit it) and probably for others
U can also make a video of the portals in instance, like molten core and bwl
have fun![]()
