Can I make a trial account on that US server if I play on EU servers usually ? Or will it be impossible.

It's possible, I think you will have to change your realmlist or something

Trials can't accept raid invites can they?

last time i checked you cannot in convert to raid with Trial account in group. might be able to inv them once it is a raid tho
