I found a very skinny blue chicken guarding some eggs~! It's on the right hand side on the first level of rafters, in a little dog house.

You can get up on the rafters without a mage too, just jump up on the barrels on the left side of the ah and use elixir och giant growth/anything that makes you bigger.
