Mobs that drop Armor Scraps in Dun Mororgh?!

Me and my friend were exploring and we found these 2 mobs up here. One of the always drops about 18s and 1 [Armor Scraps]. The armor scrap dissapears when you zone in to an instance. idk if you could put it in your bank or something. I dont know if this has been posted b4 but i searched and didn't find anything. anyways here are the pictures :]

1.) They have quite a long respawn time.
2.) I think you lose them zoneing into av
3.) I use bongos / bagnon / nerfed :]
