Yeah I'm pretty sure this has been there for more than 3 years...

I know for a fact that the zeppelin has been there since, vanilla i think. I've always wanted to get to it but later on I found out that it wasn't a solid object

Same goes for the tower, probably not since vanilla but a very long time because I remember trying to slow fall onto it, always missed.
This could be just my mind playing tricks though, nice find if it is new!
