This could be real as easily as this could be fake, GMs are humans wether you like that idea or not, i onced talked to a GM for an hour, he was giving my cousin tips on how to get the job as an IGSR in Austin and after they do that gay little macro

and then i noticed my ticket was still open then i get another message from him as a real person

PS not real GM name, his real started with an s but couldnt remember name and this was a real conversation he actually said that at the end and suprised me big time.

This could be fake but just as easily it could be real

the amount os spelling aswell as grammer mistakes was funny, you are awesome...as a fellow explorer, though not for the last few months, admire your 'BAWLZ'. it's gd that they are normal players but bad cause they couldnt care less about the people who are literally pushing the boundares of the game....and sry about the spelling and grammer mistakes in this post

This is a fake 1) gms wont smile or anything 2)They would say excuse me and 3) they use macros to talk to you...THats how they type so fast

GMs will respond dependant on how you talk to them and the server you're on. On RP servers you get the whole "ground rumbles and the gm appears behind you" stuff, but on a non-rp one they go "Hello <name>, I'm Game Master <their name>, can I talk to you about blah blah blah". If you act all formal and business-like, the stick to their macros and act the same. If you're relaxed and laid-back, so are they. This is from personal experience. If you use smilies, so do they and so on. Once, after I'd done a proper ticket, the guy asked if there was anything else he could help with, the way they usually do when they're being all polite. I said "Well, you could make me level 70, give me full epix and 10000 gold ". His response (and I still remember it) was "Sure, just gimme a minute." and about 5 seconds later I WAS level 70. He went "That all?". I went "You forgot the moneys and the epix ". He went "My bad :P". After about a minute or so or us chatting, he dropped me back to my old level. Me: "Hey!". Him: "You knew it was gonna happen ".
They do have fun. You just have to make sure it isn't a peak time.

This isnt fake. Alot of gms ive spoken too are like this. About 25% have been funny and hilarious.

A while ago I spoke to a GM and we ended up talking that the mens toilet gets quicker dirty and needs to be more cleaned than the females toilet (at the Blizzard HQ) :P

Don't got pictures but don't tell me GM can't have a off topic chat. I guess it's all about how much work they got, probably paid by how many tickets they get trough or something.. :P So that's why most don't slack. ;P
