[Glitch] Mount Through Walls (Patch 4.3) - POST HERE ONLY!

On all the under Dal. Video's everybody runs past the proof of demise force field, going this same route; Probably thinking it would be pretty slick to get behind it for the Tuesday reset when players are crowded around Archmage Lan'Dalock.

So I created a quick (less than a min) video showing the process.
I figured this out after noticing that your flying mount activates as soon as you walk onto the water outside of the normal confines of the room.

It's like the torch jump in SW, it takes a couple of practise runs to get the positioning just right, but once you nail it you can get it every time.

NEED: Mammoth, Waterwalking, Flying Mount.
Bonus: Noggenfogger Shrink (maintains the element of surprise, since half of your mount sticking through the wall on the way there is a little bit telling.
Fun: Laying various feasts, portable mailboxes, repair bots, camp fires and anything else that persists behind the forcefield can be fun. Focus lenses work through the forcefield and can draw the attention of players who are too busy to notice you.

^^ The method above to get into the Proof of Demise force field is pretty useful for alot of other tricks in Dalaran. You can get anywhere with it, so far I have used it to get to:
Dalaran Banks (all 3), the teller booths in the Horde and Alliance banks, the sewers, + the grate with the carcus inside.

Alot of fun, great addition.

***Special Note for DRUIDS***
You dont need water walk, just once you're off your mammoth, jump away from the water and go swift.

In this thread I will post screenshots on some of the "secret" places in Dalaran. (Maybe some more cities/instances later)
I do not know if any of these spots are new, I'm only posting all of the spots i can find, and how to get there.

I will mostly use the mount-through-wall exploit.
I will explain how to do it in the end of this post.

Sewer Vault

I will start with a pretty cool spot in the sewer, it's a little "cave" full with gold and treasures, to bad you can't take it ^^.




This is how it looks form the outside:


To get there, go to the sewer and get to this pipe:


You can see the gold on the minimap, stand like this:

And mount up on your Mammoth (It needs to be a Mammoth, or some other gigantic mount) and start jumping and tapping forward, now you should be in the vault, dismount and you are done!
To get out of there, just walk at the gate. It isn't solid from this side.

Under Dalaran (Druid only)

You will start in the same pipe as the vault, just a bit deeper.
This is a bit tricky, do the same thing as the vault, but instead of landing in the vault you will jump out in nothing and use flight form, sometimes you will get the dismount debuff and start falling, just enter flight form again after dismount and you will be under Dalaran.
Now you can go to alot of funny places, I will show Dalaran Arena as a example:



It's a bit hard to get there, but try to fly to the middle of Dalaran but a bit closer to The Violet Hold (Fly low, but not to low). Now start go up, and you will enter the arena. You can see people over you and they can probably see you =).

Thats all for now, I have more and I will try to update as often I can.

I'm working on, to stay in the Alliance part of Dalaran without getting ported out. So you can expect stuff like that.

Mount-through-wall!
Stand so close to a wall thats leaning over you,
start mounting up and you will be over the leaning wall (if you succeeded, it can take some time to learn)
Now start jumping and taping forward while on the mount, sometimes it work better if you turn around and start jumping backwards.

Hi, a little question about this. I'm playing on a private server, and it seems as if the mount glitch won't work. Everytime I mount up I automatically dismount. Is there some way to stop this? I really love to explore, and this hinders me to try quite a few of the tutorials here.

1: Go here

4: Jump over the wall. Keep to the left or you'll fall into the building.


5: There you go!


6: Run towards the hole in the ground. When you are on the edge, you'll see Ragefire Chasm.

Note: For the first spot you might need a couple of Underbelly Elixirs, because you have to become a wasp to get on top of the large pipe.
