after 80 the world becomes phased, u cant see levels that arent phased and they cant see u. the terrain will be different for u but not for ppl who arent phased . that's how the whole flying mount thingie will work.(IMO) and when u're phased, u won't need portals anymore either.

As far as Flying goes... only people with cataclysm willb abe to fly in azeroth there will be extreme limits and u wil more than likely have to be past level 60 so you have to level just lie everyone else.
