So for your orange spot, not here in the alpha (silithus under construction), not here in 3.2.2 (not even in the minimap). Here only on the minimap in 1.12.1. So i don't have it spawned or it came before.

About the other things :
other egg : if u wish to compare between the orange spots and the egg appearance on the minimap.
building : a building that appear to be here on the minimap in 1.12.1 but not on the ground. Spawned in alpha, removed by 3.2.2. (c'thun temple like)
stones : same as above (so much a reference to lovecraft )

There was a movie showing some mobs in silithus during the alpha that cannot be seen on private server and i thought this wasn't related but i now i saw this on cataclysm build 12065 : http://ikjsldkjfslkjfl.free.fr/cata/...610_105501.jpg
It appears on the map ! So theses spots must be what you saw on the movie grassynole, you were right !

(oh and your shaman shrine is still there in cataclysm
