It's just an interface bug, your ICEHud (think that's it atleast) is getting it right and listing it as an elite in the first pic. And you forgot to cover the name of the paladin in the first pic at the party, in the second pic in chat, and you can see both your and the pallys name in grid on both pics.

Its DHUD3, and I guess it is, cus I got another one in ZF. Which I will post when screen is up. Wierdly for this ZF Bug, I did /reloadui and I still got the bug.
