Hi nice post,
I have a stupid question, how do we use the coords on a live server, i mean i have coords addon witch only indicates x et y positions when i play and there is no such long coords like i see in this thread just simple one as for exemple strongleronce(42.88-97,72).
The y position and the map id, how can i know them? is there any addon that shows me these info in real server while playing?

Very nice compilation here is a list of some that you forgot:

Kalimdor:
cave in mulgore seen when flying to thunder bluff
under rfk and rfd (if your doing instances) lots of people like the lake under it
mountains above shimmering flats (nice view but no buildings)
Uldum (you can get inside the gate if you wanted that up there)
under dm (heard different names for it)
buildings you see on fp between silithus and feralas
buildings in the mountains in desolace (seen on fp)
If you want to be interesting you can also add the 2 strips of land that were on the edge of the water (east of barrens/dustwallow marsh and one east of winterspring) both were removed i believe in 3.0.2 or around that patch

Eastern Kingdom:
the uninstance version of ghostlands (use to be a house at the end of the road but it's been removed)
above silvermood
area west of deathkneel
I remember vaugly getting ontop of the bird in hinterlands at the ally town (nothing really new tho)
Greymane wall
farm north of ironforge airport (accessible from the airport)
ontop of karazan (on it rather not the tip top)
above booty bay or the dock with cannons

Outlands:
can't think of any off the top of my head

Northrend:
dalaran arena

buildings in the mountains in desolace (seen on fp) - also just eye candy for ppl who flying.

Northrend:
dalaran arena - not worth of mentioning cus u can see it from dala, meant to be like that. Xel's collection was not "how to get into differenet places"

Just so you know, I just took a trip to the Arathi Highlands Dwarven Farm, and the Dwarven Farmers and the rams that were supposedly removed are back.
