Lich King has been in Warcraft lore ALOT longer than Witch King has been in LotR

The lich king is a tribute to Lotr, alongside the whole of Icecrown and most of the ideas surrounding Northrend.

Read peoples posts, if anything most of WoW is copied from Lotr. Lotr pratically invented fantasy and the standard of races being human, dwarf, elf and orc.

yeah arthas and some bronzebeard dwarf or something found it, and then eh the sword steals Arthas soul and makes him into one along with Ner'Zhul or something like that.

atleast thats how ive read it is, but i might be wrong. lore is confusing sometimes

Arthas and Mr. dwarf go and search for the sword. As Arthas takes the sword i think it takes the soul from the dwarf but slowly devours Arthas´s soul and did not make him into one with Ner´Zhul!
He picks up the helm of Ner´Zhul and then they "become one"!

Lotr hasn't copied anything from WoW, simply because the creater of Lotr died some 19 years before the first Warcraft game was released.

These games are the by-product of the Peter Jackson movies. And tell you they truth Cristoffer Tolkien has sued New Line Cinema.
