northrend buff in shadofang ..

Hi,

today i was a bid bored so i went to the low lvl old skool instances to kill the bosses for the archiefments

when i entered shadowfang keep and letted the undead open the door i noticed i for a buff ( erea buff like in terrokar if u can towers )


the buff is called essence of wintergrasp ( see pic below )

can this mean lake wintergrasp is near shadowfang ? or that wintergrasp was tested and / or build in the shadowfang instance by GM's?


i have seached for related topics and didnt find anything bout this hope its not repost
