Dock and a deserted house on Dun Morogh coast

why the hell should they spawn there? a few months ago you could reach that spot from under storwind. but this was patched.
is there another way to get there?

Repost, name is newmans landing, but can anybody confirm is humans really spawn there when they create there character?

If that would be true a horde could stand there and spam and kill the humans in the split second they would spawn.
