Confirmed. Several months back on my troll. Was switched from Duskwood to Silithus.
Swam with no fatigue, went off the edge of the map properly and fatal'd.

Double confirmed happened to my friend also DCed on the border of STV and Duskwood and appeared in Silithus i'd post screenies but i'm 2 lazy to do that atm xD

Although this is explaining what happens when you cross continents on boats/zepplins, the same thing happens when you get summoned cross continents.

so i came to the conclusion that blizzard have just put kalimdor above northern kingdoms.

Northern Kingdoms? what game are you playing....

where I come from that part of the map is Eastern Kingdoms--- as it is in the East-- not the north

anyway this is more of a bug than exploration-- ur not exploring whats really there-- ur playing with a bug that makes u think you are somewhere else...

I had this once when I was bored and running across the border of tanaris/silithus, eventually DC'ing and then when I relogged finding Duskwood Spiders hovering in the air. Also had no fatigue / breathe meter.

It hapened to me while ago , I was at entrance of ZG , then laged out , when i came back , i fell in water .?.

But!! it wasnt like you , i opened my map and was still at ZG , i made my way to blasted land ( no reason why) and i seen dark portal and stuff, i was flying , without seing land or something,. i well , my friend told me that i was fly hacking . °.° jezz i got report twice

its a common random bug where map of one continent and objects from other continent is loaded.. many tried to reproduce/exploit it but afaik none had any luck..

it has nothing to do with overlapping continents.. just if u was originally on kalimdor and your altitude was lower than ground level in estern kingdoms (on the same coords) you will be below the map in eastern kingdoms.. if u just know a little bit about level design its pretty common sense.. and pretty logical that having overlapping maps would be totally stupid design-wise and a waste of resources.. EK, Kalimdor and outlands are all differend instances, just like any other instance..
