Found it. Not too tough to get to if you know where it is, but I would never have found that If you hadn't posted that quote from Trokair. I was dead set that it had to be Scourge related. Waaaaay off. Anybody still stuck should try to find the source for that quote. The two pics accompanying it should be a huge help, if you can recognize the areas.

I don't have a new place to post yet though, so if somebody can find it before I can find something else, feel free to go ahead of me.

I decided not to touch this challenge at first and instead wait for the next since we seemed to have a whole bunch of people almost done with it.
