Sorry for my bad English. This isn't my native language.
Where the Hell is Ellion?
Unknown Side of the World
Could Dellion, Ritual, or anyone please PM a feeble old Wizard and tell him how you guys got up to that high balcony in what I assume is the Greymane Wall in SFK?
(I'd also like to know about that ornate door that MistaKatz posted... is that the Dead Scar? But I'm more curious about the balcony...)
Thanks!
I'm about 99.99999999% sure the door is located somewhere outside of the new Well of Eternity instance - the ground texture, tree and styling of the door all fit the instance's look. So if you want to find it, I suggest looking at ways out of WoE Trok
As for the balcony...I have ZERO idea. I've always stuck to non-instanced explorations so I know very little about dungeon-based explorations. Sorry!![]()

It only allows me to post two pictures, but I'll sum it up. Go to the far end of the instances Silverpine Forest, where Hillsbrad Foothills is meant to be (through Shadowfang Keep, which there are a thousand and one ways to get out of) and use the blue end game wall to climb the mountain (picture one). At the very top, you'll see a valley below. Cross this running in line with the wall until you reach the end of the valley and take right to climb up on the opposite side. Once there (picture two), slow fall and use your mount to reach the top of the barrage. Follow the barrage back towards the blue wall without difficulties and simply jump down to the balcony at the far end tower. I could pm you the way to the door in Well of Eternity later, but I fear I must attend to some other things first.

I hope this helps, Trokair.
Oh, and I'll get right on to the next challenge when time allows me.

This is what I was missing, I am sure of it. Thanks very much for verifying!
I spent a good few hours the other day trying to climb the mountains near the gate leading from instanced Hillsbrad into instanced Silverpine Forest... I knew I was looking at the wrong method... glad to hear it confirmed. I look very forward to climbing up this blue wall tonight!
Ah, this explains why it didn't look familiar to me. I haven't been able to look for ways out of Well of Eternity.... as my lazy ass hasn't set foot in the WoE instance!! I never properly completed the End Time instance, so I haven't even seen the two instances that follow. Sad Wizard, I know.
Wonderful screenshot though... reminds me of the Fellowship entering the Mines of Moria...
I got out of well of eternity using rezniks way and went around exploring but it was a vast landscape and i needed to sleep so yeah, i might take closer looks some other day, and as for the sfk part, that place looks awesome, really nice share im gonna go there![]()

Ah, I was almost afraid the thread was dying again. Lovely spot there, Trokair. Reminds me of when I accidentally ended up there back in vanilla!
I always had the idea that these challenges were aimed at everyone with access to a higher level character, and that engineering was more or less frowned upon if not entirely forbidden. But if this is not the case and all means of exploration are allowed, I'd gladly try to raise the difficulty level of my posts accordingly.
But meanwhile, let's complete an old and add a new, more or less at the same difficulty as the completed challenge.

It's alwalys interresting to reach hard places, for me it's ok for up the challenge (but plz no hack / model edit). But if we want more people on this post, explorations must be have no class / professions requiered, and not too hard if you want an answer before 1 year^^I always had the idea that these challenges were aimed at everyone with access to a higher level character, and that engineering was more or less frowned upon if not entirely forbidden. Maybe make 2 challenge (2 screen) one easy and one hard ?
