Your second picture must be clear and unobstructed (Keep mobs out of the way, stuff like that) and you should probably post a Minimap snippet, but it's not required.

God damn it i can get there im under it and found a way to use my flying mount but just cant get to that point.

Is this even still possible to get to the second level ?

Yes, this is still possible. If I didn't have so much work at the moment, I'd take some time to get there... maybe I will if I get this report done, and no-one else has managed it.
