Go to a PVE/RP Server, make your alt a Horde/Alliance...Log on...do /who. Lol to find their location AND to see if they are on.

Log on your main, Turn on pvp, and harass them until they turn it on :P

AND what about PvP servers, huh? I seriously doubt this post was made to use on a PvE server.
