I tested this out many times after getting a new outlands pet.. It is true that after setting the number to 2-20 that it only takes away 1 piece of meat/fruit/whatever, BUT, no many how many pieces you select you gain happiness at the same rate...soo that means this trick actually takes more time instead of saving it :confused: .

Side not: This is sort or like when I was a noob to hunters and thought you had to keep feeding your pet pieces of meat until they get happy, the truth was it just refreshed the timer on when the buff started and when it would end so I waisted a hell of alot of meat =( Fastest way as of right now is just to feed him one and wait for the buff to run out then feed him another (and stay out of combat )

i highly doubt this will work...i mean "HIGHLY"...but what if you sell things that way...like if you have some cloth, says its 20 and put it in the vendor sell slot. Please let me know if this works.

not sure but i thinks this is fixed or never worked, i beleive its only the effect of 1 food because my pet was angry i shift clicked it until 20 and he was only content when he finished
