its supposed to "disappear after a while", best i've managed to get out of a restoration was a void crystal ffrom d/eing my helm before it disappeared after i got it replaced
(tooltip was fooked and socket bonus wasnt being applied properly)

Happened to me also but it has nothing to do with the item being gem'd. My email said the item was deleted and the areana points restored, yet they didnt delete the item and it was unaltered. Not sure why this is but for some reason they are not deleting the items.

i would attempt it again but Im affraid they will notice the other item lol.

Ive had mine for 2 weeks already. Not sure it can be repeated other than a mistaker the GM makes.

haha, i honestly think it's hilarious that the GM gave you a refund for buying the wrong thing. all i can imagine them saying is "no, sorry, that's your own damn fault."

lol, confirmed working, I just bought the moonkin version of t5 chest and helm, gemmed them with vendor gems put it in bank, ticketed a GM to change it to resto, and now I got both. ^_^ <3 blizzard's semi-slow GM's

BTW Kelurn, you blocked out everything on them screenies but your Arena team's name, which you can still armory. =[ And your the only Beep Beep Im In A Jeep arena team on the US servers lol

My boyfriend has always been a healing priest? He had full t5, when he decided to reroll shadow he asked a GM to change the healing t5 in shadow t5, so they did, they only forgot to remove his old set, so now he got both a healing and shadow set, and this for almost 5 months now.

Normally your items get deleted yes, but if they do forget, you can only be happy like my bf ^^
