Minshina's Skull (Q item) affected by spell damage

Hey

Minshina's skull obtained from this quest: Minshina's Skull - Quests - World of Warcraft is affected by spell damage. The quest is in Sen jin village in Durotar. Its only 1 time use, but if any bored level 70s want some fun with it, go do the quest, easy and doesnt take long time.
This is the dmg I did on my lock.

I know, but as a caster it can be quite funny, it also heals for the dmg it takes

I'm afraid it's not, it's a bug but you cant do anything that would be considered breaking the rules / terms of use, but other than that, yes, its cool.

It's not a damn bugg lol , It's affected by the spelldmg you ahve , since you do shadowdmg.... And veary usefull , like deathcoil for all classes

It is a bug, it was never intended to gain 100% of your total damage, exactly like any other WoW item, imagine a item that can be used infinite times with 100% of your spelldamage. GG.
And even though it cant be used infinite times, it's still a bug and I see no reason to use this.

why does it say Drain life in the combat log? and it also says that it hi;s for 900 damage... i think it is all fake anyways

It is not fake. It drains life aswell. it heals for dmg it takes

It is not fake. This IS useful by the way, 900+ healing and damage on one non-GCD spell can't be bad. Even if it is one time use, this opens up new thoughts... Other lowbie quest items are probably affected in the same way. I will rep you for making me think about other quest items.

btw it IS an exploit. it uses an unintended feature . it therefore is NOT a bug as the item does not do anything it shall not. (there is no note that it is not affected by spelldmg!!!).

1 thing I can think of is Curator atleast It will heal you to full hp aswell
