Get Faintly Glowing Skull from Minshina's Skull - Quests - World of Warcraft . It takes full spell damage! So use trinkets before hand.

SS isn't from me, but mine did about the same damage on a rogue that was beating on me.
It's a one time deal tho'. So use it wisely.
