    Super fast farming

If you don't turn in the quest, "Equine Retrieval in Trisgarde" you can keep riding the Lord Norwington's horse (Equine Retrieval - Quest - World of Warcraft). While riding this horse, you can gather herbs, open chests, etc without dismounting. You travel much faster than a regular mount, typically fast enough for the opposite faction to never have a chance at catching you.

I was able to farm up hundreds of herbs in a very short time, including a ton of anchorweed that spawns along the coast.
