Lvl tailoring with a grey pattern (winter's veil)

Just noticed that when you make 3 of the Red Winter Clothes, that santa will send you the pattern for if you're a high lvl tailorer, you'll get a skill up even if it's still gray for you.
The pattern requires 250 tailoring and the mats are 4 bolts of runecloth, 1 bolt of woolcloth, 2 red dyes and a rune thread.
Get your 375 tailoring cheap while you can

P.S might possibly work with the leatherworking winter veil item. Don't have a char with leatherworking so can't test this out though.

EDIT: According to a wow news-site this has now been hotfixed

You made 3 of them? It might be possible that only the red ones work for this if not.

For those who can't make this work, do you play on a US realm? Could be already fixed there. Just tried and it still worked for me on a EU-realm.
