Lvl tailoring with a grey pattern (winter's veil)

just dinged 375, it took a fair amount of runecloth, which i WISH i brought earlier for 2g/stack as opposed to 10g xD but i was wanting to get it done fast incase it got randomly fixed :P spent around 300/400g total for the last 350/375 points, money well spent imo, as its a nightmare to do it,and they are selling for 11g each on the ah

Hello, I leveled up my tailoring to 250 but i didnt receive the pattern like my friend did (70 priest with 375 tailoring, she received it through the Mail.)
Do i have to do some sort of quest or something the get the patterns ? or Buy them?

seems that blizzard sent them out randomly underdog. I have a few mats that didn't get the pattern as well. also I think this has been hot fixed! and only 10 more levels to go on my alt!!!!
