This isn't the best, and arguable as to whether or not it's an exploit. However it DOES save you the 1 second between 'rounds' if you had shifted out to normal form and tried to shift back to travel form.

Not nerdy enough to be l33t.
I donno if this deserves rep or not :P its a matter of scrolling over the cheetah form and reading the dialogue :P and know /cast does somethingmacro :P
As of the 2.3 patch, you could switch from a form to ANOTHER form instantly without canceling. Blizzard wrote it.
This IS an exploit, I have tested it on my druid -don't say ss or it didnt happen - all it does is you in travel form, then the cloud smoke of mounting/shapeshifting comes up as you hit the macro.
As for taking away the effects,I don't know yet. But seeing as it does use the mana and confirms switching from form to the same form, it should.
Nice find, rep+
This ISNT a find or an exploit, it was on the PTR, was posted on the blizzard forums SINCE ptr and is/was confirmed as a wanted addition to the shapeshfting mechanics.
and yes it does remove all snares just like shifting would because you are shifting, just now you can shift from form to form without going into caster essentially.
My bad, I don't really read the PTR forums, just read the notes on the patch that said from one form to another.
Or, you could just train your clicking skills and no macros needed
easy and simple
