Bomb ~130k

During the quest Short Fuses - Quest - World of Warcraft you can pick up bombs Explosive Munitions - Spell - World of Warcraft which deal ~130k damage (limited to 3 stacks and 5 minutes; you can take only the active quest)

I've been doing this since Argus was released to easily kill rares, it's working as intended.

Working as intended indeed, was doing it since the Antoran Wastes arrived. You can pick the bombs regardless of quest being active. There are total 4-5 spawn points of them. They used to snapshot the Warcry/Wings/Vendetta damage increase too.
