Seems to be relatable to when the quest was done, people that have done it couple years back seem to have no luck, but a fix might be on its way..

Yeah, dunno whats going on, the patch have changed alot of things. One mount i found that it could be is the pvp prestigous ones, one for level 15, on for 40 and so on..

I had to log into the character that did the quest a long time ago to receive it, but once I did, it was in my mount list. A similar thing happened in the WoD pre-patch, where I had all the toy/tabard items in my bag un-used to sell, and upon logging in, they were automatically added to my Tabard and Toy list.

Hm, this is intresting, so if i get my hands on the tabard and toys maybe they will get added without using them, cuz i dont have thoose..
