More than 1 DH per server is back

Must have been very recently fixed, I did this about 12 hours ago

Just tested and it still works as of now (EU),
what i did :
1. delete NE Demon hunter (level 110)
2. Change server (went to a connected one)
3.Change server back to the original
4. Create BE Demon Hunter (did NOT login)
5. Restore NE Demon Hunter

Try this, should works:

Steps:
1. Create new Demon Hunter
2. Type a Name but don't press anything.
3. Get ready with your fast fingers and press 1x "Enter" and 2x times "ESC"
4. You hear the new "create" sound but the new character is not visible at your character page.
5. If you refresh the character screen it will be visible.
6. Repeat steps 1-3.

Still works
Just as was said: delete your current DH, make a new one (I made opposite faction), don't log in, restore your old DH

I think this has been fixed. I tried doing both tricks. When trying to recover the deleted DH it doesn't find any characters to restore. When trying the method posted in the video, it lets you begin creating the second Demon Hunter but gives an error saying something like "The creation of this character type has been rate limited".
