u can take Fortifying Brew and Control the Mists talents at the same time.

steps to do it:

1) when BG or arena loaded choose Control the Mists
2) use Effuse
3) choose Fortifying Brew when Control the Mists debuff is active
4) both talents work , but need do it every time BG or arena loaded
